Statement from Tri-County Electric General Manager/CEO Jane Bahler-Hurt regarding COVID-19 pandemic:
Tri-County is committed to continue providing reliable service during this time of concern. We will be making some minor modifications to our operations over the next few days, but none will affect your quality of electric service. Our office in Lancaster will be closing the lobby to walk-in traffic effective immediately. The nightly dropbox will still be open, and we will still be taking phone calls. No other changes are planned at this time, but this is a very fluid situation that could evolve quickly.
I would encourage our members who normally visit our office in person to use other means to conduct business for the next few weeks. Payments can be made by mail, phone, or by visiting our website: http://bit.ly/2Qnlisp . Thank you for understanding while we all work together to get through this difficult time. We will keep you updated as additional information is provided by the CDC. As always, if you have an emergency call us at 660-457-3733 or toll free at 888-457-3734.
